1) Log into the Employer Portal and select the '2023-24 Gender Equality Reporting' program.
(If you are part of a corporate group, you may need to select 'Go to Reporting page')
2) Once your reports are complete, the system will conduct a review to identify any data irregularities. You will see the results under 'Submission Group Status'
3) Select the 'View' button in the incomplete tile. Then select the 'Issues Found' link.
4) You can now see a list detailing any data anomalies. You will need to read description, then select 'Edit data and upload again'.
5) This process will continue until all data validation errors are resolved.
Please note:
Once you upload your files the system will verify the files for data quality. This data verification process can take up to 40 minutes. You will then receive an email detailing any data anomalies detected.
6) Once all data errors have been resolved you may then complete the 'Declarations and consents' and submit your reports.
Once everything is complete, your reporting status will be 'Submitted - 28-day hold'
